I am an Product Guy, Ex-entrepreneur currently residing in India. I started my first startup - Kooki just out of college in 2013. Since then we raised two rounds of funding and launched 2 products. In beginning of 2018, we merged the team with a bigger company and started a new company called Zeliot and worked as the CEO for an year. I worked for 3 years at an exciting startup Bounce (www.bounceshare.com) as a Product Leader and built the IoT products that power the bikes. Our team was also the first one in India to build a complete Battery Swapping infrastructure for electric scooters. Now I am exploring opportunities around the world

My passion has always been to build great products and use technology to solve important problems. In my free time, I like to play music on the my keyboards. I also love cooking, especially non vegeterian dishes. I enjoy the company of my close friends and my pet dogs.

App Engagement and Whatsapp Interactions (GM - Product)
Post covid, the target was to increase rides, and improve our engagement with customers on various platforms.
> Was able to increase rating from 3.6 to 4.1 using in-app engagement, reviews etc.
> Implemented the whatsapp bot for streamlining customer care and inbound queries for Bounce Infinity - India's first consumer electric scooter with swappable battery
Inventory and Battery Swapping Infra (Senior PM)
My team implemented the crucial inventory system of electric scooter batteries at Bounce which is the backbone for the battery swapping network.
> Built in-house using open source software, the system has handled more than 1 million battery swaps till date
Bluetooth Keyless Scooters (PM)
I was the lead product manager in transitioning our old keypad based scooters to completely keyless - using Bluetooth.
> Planned an increase of fleet from 5,000 scooters to 20,000 scooters between July and December 2019
> Designed and implemented the user experience of operating a scooter via Bluetooth. At its peak, this was being used for 1,20,000 rides per day.
2018 - 2019

Chief Executive Officer @ Zeliot

Succesfully merged Kooki with a bigger company and formed a new startup - Zeliot. With a team of 20 people built a state-of-the-art GPS tracking and Fleet management solution for businesses and enterprises

After raising 2 rounds of investment, expanded team at Kooki to 11 members. Managed production of BluKooki and later started work on a home automation product

At Zeliot, we built a IoT analytics platform which is used for diagnostics and GPS tracking of vehicles. The platform is built to handle scale and deliver high speed usage and is used by large fleet owners in India to track all their vehicles. I was involved in the conceptualization of this platform and actively developed the User Interface for the software.

Project Gravity is one of the most interesting projects done at Kooki. It consists of a hardware device, which responds to voice commands and controlls most home appliances such as TV, Set Top Box, Home Theater and AC. Just like today's Google Home and Alexa, this device can switch channels on your normal TV, increase or decrease your AC temperature just by voice commands.

BluKooki is a smart locking system for cars that works with smartphone. With this device installed in the car and an app in the smartphone, the car can be locked and unlocked just using the phone. Also when the user walks near the car with phone, the device automatically unlocks the car and when they walk away from car, it gets automatically locked.
